Italian ceramic technology in Azerbaijan
The Italian ceramic machinery and equipment manufacturers' association closes its 2014 calendar of international exhibitions with participation in the trade fair BakuBuild, to be held in Baku from 22 to 25 October.
Azerbaijan will be the last country visited by Acimac (Italian Ceramic Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers’ Association) as part of its 2014 trade fair activities to support sector companies.
The Association will be taking part in the exhibition BakuBuild in Baku from 22 to 25 October with a collective of Italian companies including Bedeschi, BMR, CMS, Ferrari & Cigarini, Pellegrini Meccanica and Sacmi.
BakuBuild, now in its twentieth year, is the landmark building exhibition in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). In 2013 the show welcomed more than 10,000 visitors from 49 countries as well as 387 exhibitors, including 262 foreign companies.
Azerbaijan is enjoying a period of exceptional economic growth, especially in the building sector. The extensive oil and gas reserves provide sufficient revenues to enable the country to develop while at the same time increasing its awareness of its important geopolitical position within the Caucasus region.
