The Modena-based company was recently chosen by a leading brick producer based in Chelghoum Laid in the province of Mila as its technology partner.
The Algerian brick maker ordered two TFE-J Evo model dies with cores and liners made of high-wear-resistance Tecnocarbide® to improve the production of 6-cavity B8 100x200 mm bricks and 4-cavity B12 150x200 mm bricks.
The order, which was completed in December, also included replacement core holders, piece-marking rollers, a TF Maintenance positioning device for maintenance operations and a TF Ecowash, a professional pressure washer for die cleaning operations.
The company began operation in the first few months of 2018 and has a production capacity of 200,000 tonnes/year. Along with the B8 and B12 it also produces floor blocks.
