Gaya Fores upgrades its end-of-line department with System automation

Gaya Fores has adopted cutting-edge end-of-line solutions from System for its large-size porcelain floor and wall tile factory in Onda (Castellón).

Specifically, the department has been equipped with a Multigecko system (tile sorting and stacking), a Multipack system (packaging with a high level of cardboard savings) and a Falcon palletiser.

The supply contract was completed in 2018 and also included LGVs for pallet transport.

Along with the significant degree of efficiency achieved by the department, Gaya Fores also confirmed a considerable reduction in packaging costs after starting up the Multipack system.
