INTER SER SpA, company with headquarters based in Vercelli and logistics in Sassuolo, was born in 1996 and it is specialized in technical/commercial consulting business, supply of original spare parts and machinery for the ceramic industry.
   
Our company has distinguished itself over time for efficient support, timeliness and reliability offer to its customers, thus reaching two important results: constantly growing turnover year over year throughout its whole history and becoming the reference supplier for 22 among the 25 biggest tiles producer worldwide (Ceramic World issue 2020).
 
In the early years of activity, the core business of INTER SER was only related to spare parts supply. Afterwards, the development of Technical department, the credibility gained in Sassuolo district and the strong relationships built with the biggest tiles manufacturers across the world, allowed INTER SER to develop an additional line of business that is becoming more important year after year: the design, development and production of machineries and accessories ad hoc.
The activity is realized in collaboration with some selected engineering companies located in the Sassuolo area, recognised as particularly competent and innovative
 
This dynamic has been generated mostly due to constant and periodic visits to our foreign customers production plants. INTER SER Sales Team deals directly with production and maintenance managers, who often require our cooperation to solve small or big problems.
Our Technical department communicates with the engineering companies in Sassuolo to find the best solution to problems reported. From this interaction a partnership is born, leading to joined planning and production of simple machinery, easy to use, that can be integrated in our customers’ existing production lines.
 
Where it is not required the design of new solutions, we avail ourselves of exclusive distribution agreements for resale abroad of machinery produced in the district of Sassuolo.
